Activity sensors, such as Alarm Pods and SensePlugs, work together to detect motion and require a minimum of 2 devices to operate.
If you meet this requirement but motion is not detected, here’s how to troubleshoot:

Check that devices are online
- If one or more devices are offline, motion sensing may be degraded
- Follow this guide to troubleshoot offline devices

Check devices placement
- Make sure your devices are placed on the same floor and within 3-10m (10-30ft) of each other
- Avoid placing your devices behind any object that could interfere with Wi-Fi signals such as metal appliances like speakers, microwave ovens and aquariums

Adjust the sensitivity level
- Motion detection sensitivity can be adjusted to cope with different environments
