Deleting an Area

To delete an Area in the Setup mobile app:

  1. Tap the Area "Edit" button in the homepage
  2. Tap "Delete zone"
  3. Confirm by tapping "Delete"

To delete an Area in the Lookout24 mobile app:

  1. Go to the place settings page
  2. Tap "Manage devices"
    • Only users with the Administrator role can access it
  3. Tap the Area
  4. Tap "Delete Area"
  5. Confirm by tapping "Delete"

Note that:

  • All the Area-level data will be permanently deleted
  • All the Devices in the Area will be deleted
