In this article, we will guide you through the process of manually resetting your Alarm Pod.
1. Find the reset button
The reset button is located on the back of the Alarm Pod, under the cover. You must remove the back cover to access it.
2. Press the reset button for at least 5 seconds
- Ensure your Alarm Pod is powered ON
- Use a small object (e.g.: a sim eject tool) to press and hold the reset button for at least 5 seconds
- The Alarm Pod's LED will start blinking rapidly and then gradually slow down
- Once the LED stops blinking, the reset procedure is complete
3. All done
After resetting your Alarm Pod, it won’t go into pairing mode right away. To start pairing, unplug the device once the reset is done, then plug it back in. When you plug it again, the LED should pulse blue to show it’s in pairing mode.
If it doesn’t pulse blue, the reset didn’t work, so you will need to follow the steps again.
