Locate the pinhole reset button
The pinhole reset button is located underneath the pod (Alarm Pod, SensePod), beneath the cover. You need to remove the cover to access it.
Press and hold the reset button
- Ensure the pod is powered on
- Use a paperclip or similar object to press and hold the pinhole reset button
- Hold the reset button down for more than 5 seconds until the LED changes from increasing rapid blinking to slow blinking in blue
Verify that the pod has reset
- Unplug the pod and wait for a couple of seconds
- Plug it back
The pod LED should be slowly pulsing in blue indicating that it has been reset to factory settings. If it's not the case, go through the factory reset procedure again.
