This guide will walk you through how to install your Agile Security kit, so you can quickly secure your home or business and enjoy greater peace of mind. It will also show you how to test your system to make sure everything is working properly and your space is fully protected.
Designed for simplicity and efficiency, these kits make it easy to protect your space. In just around 15 minutes, you can secure your place with minimal setup.

Your Agile Security kit includes the following devices: 1x Alarm Pod, 1x SensePlug/SensePod (depending on your country), 1x PIR Motion Sensor, 1x Door Sensor and 1x Keypad.
Alarm Pod
- 🔊 98dB siren – When an intrusion is detected, the Alarm Pod will trigger a 3-minute siren.
- 🏃 Motion detection – Works alongside other activity sensors to detect motion in your space.
- 🔋 Battery backup – The Alarm Pod includes a built-in battery and will continue to operate for up to 3 hours if unplugged.
- 💡 Status at a glance – The LED on the Alarm Pod displays the current security status of your system.
- ⏱️ Entry & exit reminders – The Alarm Pod emits beeps during entry and exit delays to remind you to leave or disarm the system.
SensePlug
ℹ️ For countries where the following plug types are supported: A, B, E, F, G.
🏃 Motion detection – Works alongside other activity sensors to detect motion in your space.
💡 Smart plug functionality – SensePlugs also work as smart plugs, allowing you to control devices like lights directly from the app.
SensePod

PIR Motion Sensor
🏃 Motion detection – Detects motion in a monitored room.
Door Sensor
🚪 Intrusion detection – When your system is armed, opening the door will trigger an intrusion.
Keypad
🔐 Arm & disarm – Use the Keypad to arm or disarm your system quickly with your PIN.
🚨 SOS alert – Trigger an SOS alert directly from the Keypad in case of emergency.
👤 Multiple PINs – Create as many PINs as you need for different users.

Start by downloading the nami Lookout24 app by tapping here.
Once downloaded, simply sign-in with your Gmail or Apple account.
Create a place
Before setting up your security devices, you’ll need to create a place in the app.
Tap “Create a place” and follow the steps shown in the app to complete the setup.
🎉 That’s it! Your place is now ready. Next, let’s install your kit.
Set up your kit
It’s time to install your devices and secure your place.
- Tap ‘Set up my system’ at the bottom of your place dashboard (or ⚙️ Settings > Add devices)
- Choose Agile Security
You’re now ready to install your devices! Simply follow the steps in the app — it will guide you through the entire setup.

Simulate an intrusion
Let’s walk through how your system detects an intrusion — and how to quickly disarm it.
You’ll also see how the Alarm Pod continues to sound its siren even if a burglar tries to silence it by unplugging it!

🔐 Arm your system
- Enter your PIN on your Keypad & press the Arm (Away) button or arm from your app
- You’ll hear exit delay beeps reminding you to leave before the system is fully armed

🚶Leave your place or the monitored area
- You can either exit your place or,
- Exit the monitored area

🚪Trigger an intrusion
- Walk around the monitored area, or
- Open your door
You’ll hear entry delay beeps, letting you know the alarm is about to sound
- 🚨 Your system will detect an intrusion
- The Alarm Pod siren will sound
- You’ll receive a push notification alert
- 🔌 Test the battery backup
- While the siren is sounding, unplug the Alarm Pod
- The siren will continue to sound thanks to its built-in battery backup, which keeps it running for up to 3 hours
- 🛑 Disarm your system
- Stop the alarm by entering your PIN on the Keypad and pressing Disarm. or disarm from your app
- The siren will stop and you'll receive a push notification alert
