This guide will walk you through how to install your Property Awareness kit, so you can quickly secure another area or floor of your place.
Designed for simplicity and efficiency, these kits make it easy to protect your space. In just around 10 minutes, you can secure up to ~1,200 ft² (~110 m²) with minimal setup.

Your Agile Security kit includes the following devices: 3x SensePlug/SensePod (depending on your country) and 1x Door Sensor.
SensePlugs
ℹ️ For countries where the following plug types are supported: A, B, E, F, G.
🏃 Motion detection – Works alongside other activity sensors to detect motion in your space.
💡 Smart plug functionality – SensePlugs also work as smart plugs, allowing you to control devices like lights directly from the app.
SensePods
ℹ️ For countries where there is no plug type supported yet.
- 🏃 Motion detection – Works alongside other activity sensors to detect motion in your space.
- 🔋 Battery backup – The SensePod includes a built-in battery and will continue to operate for up to 3 hours if unplugged.
Door Sensor
🚪 Intrusion detection – When your system is armed, opening the door will trigger an intrusion.
Download & sign-in to nami Lookout24 app
Start by downloading the nami Lookout24 app by tapping here.
Once downloaded, simply sign-in with your Gmail or Apple account.
Create a place
Before setting up your security devices, you’ll need to create a place in the app.
Tap “Create a place” and follow the steps shown in the app to complete the setup.
🎉 That’s it! Your place is now ready. Next, let’s install your kit.
Set up your kit
It’s time to install your devices and secure your place.
- Tap ‘Set up my system’ at the bottom of your place dashboard (or ⚙️ Settings > Add devices)
- Choose Property Awareness
You’re now ready to install your devices! Simply follow the steps in the app — it will guide you through the entire setup.
