If the device you’re trying to add (like the Security Pod or Wi-Fi Sensor) doesn’t appear in the list — or if a feature you were using is no longer visible (such as 'Update Wi-Fi Network' or 'Authorize sign-in request') — it may be because it's only available in Developer Mode.
How to activate Developer Mode:
- Open the Lookout24 app and log in.
- Tap the profile icon in the top-right corner.
- Tap the “App version” row three times in a row.
You’ll see a confirmation message that Developer Mode is now active.
Note: Developer Mode is device-specific. If you log out or switch to another phone, you’ll need to activate it again.
Once activated, you can return to the action you were trying to complete — the missing device or feature should now be visible!
