Adding a user to your place

The Lookout24 app makes it easy to share access to your place with other users:

  1. Open Lookout24 app and log in to your account
  2. You'll land on your Place Homepage
  3. Tap "⚙️ Settings" from the bottom navigation bar
  4. Tap "People"
  5. Tap "Invite People"
  6. Enter the invitee's name
  7. Keep or select another "Role"
  8. Tap "Generate invite"
  9. Share the invite using the QR Code or a link

Notes:

  • Only users with the 'Administrator' role can perform this action
  • The invite will expire after 7 days if it hasn't been accepted

 

Removing a user from your place

If you need to remove a user from your place:

  1. Tap "⚙️ Settings" from the bottom navigation bar
  2. Tap "People"
  3. Tap the user you wish to remove
  4. Tap "Remove user"
  5. Tap "Remove" to confirm your action

The user has now been removed from your place.

Note: Only users with the 'Administrator' role can perform this action
