You need a valid session code to sign in the Setup app. This short lived code can be obtained through the following ways:

🌐 As a QR code or a URL in a partner's interface
Partners integrating with nami may use the Setup app as a mean to install nami devices. If you are a user of such product, look for a QR code or a URL in their interface.
Scan the QR code with your mobile phone's camera to be directed in the Setup app.
Open the URL in your mobile phone's web browser to be directed in the Setup app.
Common Sign-In Issues
My access code is not working
Session codes are one-time use, and expires after 5 minutes. Please ensure that the code is fresh before using it.
- Refresh the page in the nami wellness dashboard to generate a fresh session code
- Partners integrating with nami will provide a way for you to generate a fresh session code as well
The Setup app won’t open or crashes
Try the following:
Ensure your app is up to date via the App Store or Google Play.
Restart your mobile device and try again.
Uninstall and reinstall the app.
