- Make sure your SensePlug is plugged in and receiving power

Check Wi-Fi range
- Ensure your SensePlug is within range of your Wi-Fi access point. If you’ve moved it to a new location, try bringing it closer to the Wi-Fi

Check the border router
- If your SensePlug is in a zone with other devices, another device might be the border router. If the border router goes offline, other devices will too.
- Go to your devices list and see which ones are offline. Check each device page for "Border router" status. If the border router is offline, plug it back in to bring all devices back online.
