If your Alarm Pod isn't making a sound during an intrusion or test, it might be offline. Here’s how to troubleshoot:

Check the power
- Make sure your Alarm Pod is plugged in and receiving power (please use the supplied power adapter & USB cable to ensure the device functions optimally)

Check Wi-Fi range
- Ensure your Alarm Pod is within range of your Wi-Fi access point. If you’ve moved it to a new location, try bringing it closer to the Wi-Fi

Check the border router
- If your Alarm Pod is in a zone with other devices, another device might be the border router. If the border router goes offline, other devices will too.
- Go to your devices list and see which ones are offline. Check each device page for "Border router" status. If the border router is offline, plug it back in to bring all devices back online.
