To manually reset a plug, you have to locate its reset button on the side and press it for a few seconds. You will need to power OFF the device first.
1. Locate the reset button
For plugs, the reset button is located on the side of the plug and is also used to control the current output of the plug. Clicking on the button either turns on or off the device connected to the plug.
2. Power OFF your device
Make sure that the plug is powered OFF before starting the reset procedure. Is it mandatory for the reset to be complete.
3. Press and hold the reset button and power your device back ON
While you hold the reset button, power your device back ON. Keep holding the button for 10 seconds.
4. All done
Please note that reset nami plugs do not go into pairing mode straight away. In order for the device to enter pairing mode, you have to power it off once the reset procedure is done. When you power it back on, the LED should start pulsing blue, indicating pairing mode. If the LED is not pulsing blue, it means that the reset of the device was not completed.
Note: the LED is either located on the front of the device or in the side button depending on your hardware model.
